General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Pain over back, right knee and right thigh may be in concern with possible herniated disc at lower lumbar spine region or else. The clinical evaluation with straight leg raising test and other reflexes of the lower limb will help to understand the issue more precisely. However, if you have your last scan or X-ray reports available, kindly take time to share with me during follow up period for better understanding and discussion of the issue.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
