Suggest Treatment For Right Sided Pain In The Lower Back

Hi I have been having a pain in my right side radiating towards my lower back for the past 3days now. I have been having this pain a weak after sex and i havent gotten my period.The pain has gotten worse within the last 2 days resulting in the pain after eating and when I lie down at night. I was wondering could you help Me?

since you haven't gotten your periods , check urine pregnancy card test. If it comes as positive , do a ultrasound abdomen to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
