Suggest Treatment For Right Temple Pain

hi my name is sal iam a 27 year old male i been experiencing pain in my right temple and very bad upper back and neck pain aswell the temple is hurts soft to the touch and when i try to sleep on it. this has been going on for about 3 weeks to a month i been to the hospital twice and about 5 doctor appointments . i had a catscan of my head i gave blood had xrays of my back ect i been given prednizone muscle relaxers all test were negative and blood was clean iam going to ask for an mri iam in severe pain can you shed any light on my situation ?
