Suggest Treatment For Right Testicle Pain

Hi i've been having a pain in my right testicle which seems to be causing pain in my abdomen/kidney and bowel area this comes and goes and has been happening over the last 10 years only the pain seems to be getting steadily worse and is now affecting my work over the last few days when i pee it seems to go on alot longer then usual but doesnt hurt i can also ejaculate as normal. the best way to describe the feeling i have is of a dull aching in which if i curl up in a fetal position i feel more comftable until the pain goes. in this time i have hotflushes and sweat alot.

Thanks for your query.

This is an elucidate history and most suggestive of the following:
Neurological and most probably related to the problems with spinal cord.
MRI of the whole spine would helps.
Local causes can be ruled out or diagnosed by color doppler with ultrasonography, tests of blood, urine and stool.
Condition of the bladder by Cystoscopy to rule out obstruction to the outflow. Get a help of a Urologist and you will get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
10 years is a long time to suffer.
