sir/mam i was having ring worm infection few days ago ..... a\which get treated partially but i am having my left majora swelled up with 2-3 small blisters far away from each other in inner direction and right noww it is paining like having pus in it

Hi,
It seems that there might be having fungal infection on the part and now due to itching and poor localhygiene there might be having secondary bacterial infection leading to blisters and swelling of the part.
You might reqire one antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Apply triple action cream after proper cleaning local part.
Go for oral anti-fungal medicine as well.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
