Suggest Treatment For Ringing In Ears, Loss Of Hearing And Headache

Hi,
Shortly after waking up this morning, I have had a high pitched ringing in my left ear and loss of hearing in the left ear as well. I have a headache and get dizzy when i stand but have done everything i can think of to clean it but dont know what else to do. Any suggestions?

The ear need to be examined ist
Simplest kind of tinnitus may be caused by wax as you are also having association with decrease hearing
Just try to relax get your ear to be examined
And try to divert your attention whenver you start hearing ringing.
If you are having sleep disturbance with this sound you can get benzodiazepine lowest dose for sleep
