Hi, i have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns. As per your description you are having a clinical condition called tinnitus. It can arise due problems in your middle ear or inner ear.Or even a simple throat infection would cause this. We have to do a detailed evaluation to find out the exact cause of your problem. If were your treating physician I would take detailed history and investigations.Special mention must be given to drug history because ototoxic drugs like polymixin, some diuretics and few anti cancer drugs cause tinnitus. We would do visual examination of ear to check whether there is any increased fluid level or perforations in the membrane. If we wouldn't find anything abnormal in examination,I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist you may require additional investigation like CT scan, impedence audiometry to find out exact cause. As of now you can use drugs like vertin or stugerone forv symptomatic relief. Wishing you good health. Regards.
