Suggest Treatment For Ringworm Infection On Knees And Vagina

My sister is having ringworm on her knees n some vaginal area...she is 17 years old..and its growing badly....she tried many medicines...but once it get over anothr strt near it...wat shud be to done to finish it off..properly n firever...its being terrible day by day

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Ring worm infection (tinea corporis) in my patients like your condition i treat with ointments of antifungal agents like miconazole or terbinafine for local application. I also advise them to take fluconazole tab weekly once for 1 month to stop recurrence.
