Suggest Treatment For Rough Spots In Mouth After Treated Sinus Infcetion

I have rough spots on the lining of my mouth (by lip creases inside mouth) and on back area of mouth .. On the soft roof area just after my palate that is the feeling of as off I sucked on a candy for a long time kind of roughness .. And it s starting to make me gag almost . I don t know if I should go to dr because I have been battling sinus issues for the past couple days and not sure if this is part to a fluke or serious .. I typically have allergies where it makes my throat itch there but now it has this sensation

This can be dryness, vitamin deficiencies, allergies or viral infection. Treat with multivitamin, tab montelukast1 daily for 3 weeks good oral hygiene, tab antoxid1 per day and plenty of oral fluids.
