Hi,

According to your complaints it seems to be lymphadenitis which is inflammation of the lymph nodes mostly associated with the some infection in the scalp. I would recommend you to take oral antibiotic like Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid combination, and anti inflammatory medicine like Diclofenac. If it doesn't improve in a week's time consult a doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney
