Suggest Treatment For Running Nose Despite Taking Cetirizine

Dear Doctor, I am having very severe running nose from last 5-6 days, initially for 3-4 days I took Cetiriizne, which really helped for 12-18 hours, but then again started the movement its effect gone. Last 36 hours I have not taken any medicine....but nose is running severe like water. I am taking lot of fluids. Please help. Thanks Tarun

Hello Tarun.
Runny nose is most likely due to seasonal allergy. I would suggest you to take levo cetrazine at bed time and use otrivin nasal spray used 3 to 4 times a day for 7 days and you'll be fine.
Keep taking fluids and wear warm clothes, you'll be fine in a week.
