Suggest Treatment For Running Nose, Headache And Dry Cough

I am 32yrs old male with 5 7 height and 78kgs weight. Since last 2 days I am suffering from running nose, headache, dry cough sore throat and feeling of weakness. Am living in Bangalore, where the climate is slightly cold and had gone to Kerala to visit my parents for 2days. There the climate was hot and humid and I was sweating lot of times. Dunno weather it has got to do anything with my situation now. Please let me know what to do to make my situation better.?

Looking at your history this could be upper respiratory tact infection or swine flu
be careful swine flu case are there in kerala and various other parts of India
recent history of travelling or changing climate can lead to swine flu too
please visit your doctor for clinical examination and a battery of tests like hemoglobin CBC and a nasopharyngeal swab for swine flu

have plenty of warm fluids
Do warn saline gargles
steam.inhalation and syrup cough
multivitamin supplements
