Suggest Treatment For Running Nose, Post Nasal Drip And Coughing

I had a sinus infection in December and took an antibiotic for it, I had a severe stuffed up nose, after the antibiotic my nasal passages opened up, now I have the opposite..... runny nose, post nasal drip, makes me cough constantly. What can I do to make it stop. so I quit coughing.

Well come to HCM
If I would be treating physician of this case the I would treat this case with the advise to have more drinking water, steam inhalation, and for the medicine this can be tried with Tab Loratidine with pseudoephedrine three times in day, else this is nothing to worry, take care,
