Suggest Treatment For Running Nose, Watery/itchy Eyes And Fatigue

I've had allergy symptoms (stuffed nose, watery, itchy eyes) and fatigue for the past 5 days. Because it's sometime hard to breath through nose my mouth gets dry, feel my breathing is short. . I've taken Benadryl , alka seltzer cold, DayQuil... None have helped. Tylenol when feeling a little feverish, did help.

Hello.

Thank you for asking at HCM.

I went through your history and would like to make following suggestions to you:

1. I usually prescribe my such patients montelukast and levocetirizine for 5-7 days.

2. You can take paracetamol (Tynelol) for fever more than 101 F.

3. I would suggest you rest, light diet and plenty of fluids during the day, which will hasten your recovery.

4. For eye symptoms, I would suggest you to wash your eyes 3-4 times during day with clean water.

Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.

Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.

Wish you a quick recovery and the best of the health.

Thank you & Regards.
