Suggest Treatment For Running Nose

I am very vry concerned as there is a v4ry large amount of clear liquid coming from my nose every time a bend over. No clue what this could be but my nose is not runny whatsoever.. my nose isnt stuffy at all.. but when I bend over this clear liquid just pours out onto the floor or the countertop or whatever just happens to be there that I am bending over at the time.. It is completely clear of color.. NO BLOOD NO MUCUS at all... JUST TOTALLY CLEAR and watery in consistency. Please tell me what on earth this could be and if I should go to the nearest local emergency room.. THANK YOU EVE#R SO MUCH.. I AM VRY CONCERNED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

Dear your symptoms are suggestive of CSF rhinorrhea. usually seen in in head trauma patients in which CSF may leak from nose more common in head down position. treated with rest and antibiotics. if not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
