Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Chest Congestion

Hello, Im having some issues with energy and being able to concentrate. I had a runny nose and chest congestion after coming back from the desert work trip 2 weeks ago. I took it easy and stayed pretty rested. my cold has slowly went away but I feel drained all day. Im taking naps after work, having trouble getting up in the morning and just feel different. Prior to this energy loss, I was working out 3 times a week playing softball and waking up at 6 am with out even trying. I am now researching energy supplements because of my concerns.

Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your health.

It seems to me you are suffering with post viral fatigue syndrome, it is not uncommon.
It has associated symptoms, generalized body pain, lethargy, weakness, sleepiness and dizziness.

If you have above symptoms you don't need to worry, it will limit of its own with time.
During mean time you need to take plenty of fluids and if pain is annoying you can also have paracetamol too.

Hope my answer will help you and you will write to us if you feel any need further.

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
