My nose runs a lot when it gets cold. But even when its not cold I fall asleep and it goes down my throught and builds there. When I wake up I have to hack up to mukis to clear my Throught .in winter my throught hurts so bad from this and my. Ear hurts realy bad and feals like its swollen or somthing in it . I'm not a smoker either. And exercise about 30 to 60 minutes a day. It didn't start till I was about 18 when I move into a. New room I my parents remodled and addishion.
