Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Itchy Ears

I suffered from allergic condition as sneezing runny nose and some itching often in my nose,ears,and palate also sometimes more than 8 years. and remains almost whole year. I use antiallergics but not permanent solution.plz guide me good treatment. Thank u sir.

Allergic rhinitis can be a chronic condition that requires long-term management. The first step is to identify the allergens that trigger your symptoms and try to avoid them. You can use Beclomethasone nasal spray at night before sleeping in addition to your anti-allergic tablets.
