I have been suffering from a runny nose that aternates with a congested one ! I have used claritin , telefast, clairinaize and a nasal spray yet nothing helped , in the morning and before i sleep is when it gets really bad with congestion and i can t sleep unless i use a nasal spray and in the mroning again iam so congested that i have to use a asal spray , i read that ishouldn t be using one for more than three days and that is why i am so concenred , what can i do , when i use the nasal spray i sneeze for like an hour and suffer from a runny nose that lasts for amost 3 hours !! age 40 , weight 130 pounds , height 6.4, this is not a recurrent complaint , i might have had this like once some three yrs ago. thanks
