Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Painful Crusts In Nostrils

I have a constant runny nose, which is not enough for me to keep blowing, but which forms hard, painful crusts just inside my nostrils. I take an anti-histamine every day and have changed my feather pillow to a special pillow for people allergic to dust (although I have no allergies that I'm aware of). I have tried Nasceptin cream, which cleared the painful crusting for a while, but as soon as I stopped using it, it was back to the same scenario all over again. What can I do to alleviate/stop this problem, please?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the given history here I could say that if the running nose is there and taken antihistamine then this cause extreme dryness of the nose in my opinion it is better to use the saline nasal spry or drops this gives good relief from the dryness of nose and crust formation, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
