Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Sneezing

Dear Doctor. I am living in kuwait due to bad weather i was suffering continues running nose and sneezing since one month. I took some ANTI HISTAMINE medicine and running nose is partialy cured. now from ny nose Blood ( in cloted condition) is coming along with yellow mucus. have some headache also. What will be the reason doctor . need to take any antybiotic to cure it . please your precious advice please

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Allergic Rhinosinusitis and can be due to allergic reaction to some unknown allergen and as anti-histamine suppress the allery symptoms you get better by taking it..
The clotted blood can be due to bleeding in the sinuses and nasal passages during inflammation that gets clotted and now it is raining out with mucous..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a nasal endoscopy or MRI of sinuses can be diagnostic and treatment can be planned accordingly..
As of now you can take steroid nasal sprays, saline nasal irrigations, steam inhalations and take decongestants oral as well as nasal..
