Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Sore Throat In A Child

My 3 year old daughter has a very sore throat which is covered in red spots. Her closest to her ears are very enlarged, glands towards back of her neck are peas. She has a blocked and runny nose and a cough. She is lethargic but I think due to very poor sleep. Should I just keep going with calpol and nurofen?
