Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose, Cough And Fever

My daughter is 16 months older and she's having running nose, cough and fever. Doctor prescribed levolin and Alex syrup. Will these two medicines enough for her? Because I have to go for meeting for 3 days and my mother in law will take care of her. Whether I can go or just I wanna stay with her? If I can go whether that medicines r enough to give or shall I want to prefer some other medicine

Your daughter is suffering from viral nfevtion and the medicines prescribed to her are perfectly all right.
Since it is a viral infection,there is no requirement of any antibiotic.
Take care of her hydration.
