General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection. I recommend using antifungal medication such as Fluconazole for three days.

I also recommend using antifungal cream for local application. I suggest you use saline nasal sprays for local treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
