Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose, Sore Throat, Dizziness And Loss Of Appetite

My symptoms started with a sore throat, the next day a runny nose, coughing, sneezing and now sinus pressure and when I blow my nose I get dizzy like I am going to faint. The persistent cough in the most annoying but I do have an appetite. I just had this 6 weeks ago and went to the dr. I was prescribed Clydamicin, Allegra, Sudafed and Mucinex? Why is this germ back so soon? Myt email is YYYY@YYYY .

Hello,

It might be simple seasonal flu or sinusitus. So please I would advise to get regular steam inhalation, take tab.montileukast 10 mg at night for 10 days and please take regular extra fluids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Abrar, Internal Medicine Specialist
