Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose, Watery Eyes, Sneezing And Cough

I have had a runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing and coughing since yesterday. I took an Aller-Tec capsule, a 25mg diphenhydramine HCL, and a 600mg Ibuprofen at 7:00 PM. I was going to take 2 more diphenhydramine before going to bed. I am also taking a 500 mg Bactrim prophylactically (recent urethral dilation and catheterization), 2mg Warfarin Sodium, 300 mg Gabapentin, and 10 mg simvastatin. I am concerned about possible interactions/overdoses and I would appreciate your thoughts.

it seems you are developing upper respiratory tract viral infection .you just have toincrease fluid intake and plenty of nutritive foods items along with steam inhalation .tab paracetamol may be taken sos .
