Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose,sore Throat And Fever

Hi I am Satish from India, I have a severe running nose, throat infection, and a mild fever. The pharmacy suggested I have AJAX 250, I onle had one tablet 3 hours ago after dinner around 1030, it s now 3, can I have another or should i be even having this tablet???

Thank You for contacting HCM.

Daily dose for azithromycin in Acute Pharyngitis is 250mg once daily for 5 days. Apart from that also take care of following things:
> Avoid Dust
> Take hot water in a cup, add 1 table spoon salt and perform gargles (mouth wash) with it. It will give soothing effect.
> Take acetaminophen for fever.

AVOID:
> Chilled water
> Spicy food
> Drinks
