Suggest Treatment For Rupture Inside Ear And Imbalance

Hello ... i am hassan & i have a question about my balancing & standing after accident it is not ok & my internal ear got alittel rupture. So, i feel unbalancing for a second when i turn or change my set position. Please i need help for this issue. Thanks a lot dears.

I had gone through your question ..the above symptoms clearly suggestive of BPPV ...that is benign paraxysmal positional vertigo...the trauma has disrupted your inner ear balance system leading to BPPV...
I have treated all my BPPV cases successfully by following ...
