Suggest Treatment For Ruptured Baker's Cyst

Dear Dr. I slipped almost two months ao and had a swelling in right knee joint and also on the back of the knee. Some of Doctor's to whom I visited suggests rupture of Baker Cyst, I took lot of anti biotics and happend nothing to my knee, problem is same. Now one of Dr. suggests for arthroscopic however he also check physicaly that fluid is there. May I ask your opoinion shall I go for aspiration thru syringe or surgery to remove that infected material. Your advice will be highly apprecaited.
