Suggest Treatment For Sacrum Pain

I am having some pain in my sacrum, a pinching pain. I have had a hairline fracture in my sacrum in the past. I am 70, in good health, have lost 1-2 inches in height and have been diagnosed with osteoporosis But haven t begun taking any medication. I do take cal/mag, k2, D, fish oil, coq10, same400. I no longer take hormones because I got breast cancer, but am fine now. But my ribs are sore also, but not aching. What would you prescribe?

Hello

As you explain the situation the pain might be from osteoporosis . I suggest you to do a MRI or CT of the pelvic area to evaluate better what is the exact cause and after will be the treatment.

Regards

Dr.Jolanda
