Suggest Treatment For Sarcodosis

sir feb.2012 we have find two nods on my lungs on both sides.we have consult in aims dr. randeep guleria after broncoscopy report he declaired sarcodosis stage first, and prescribe me fcqs tab,we have take tablate aprox six month but a fear in my mind what can i do

Thanks for your question on HCM.
If you have Bronchoscopy proven sarcoidosis than no need to worry for the diagnosis.
The best way to diagnose sarcoidosis is by bronchoscopic biopsy.
So your diagnosis of sarcoidosis is confirmed.
Sarcoidosis is chronic lung disease which is having on-off course.
So long term treatment is required to control the disease activity.
And low dose steroids are needed for this.
You need to get done regular follow up with PFT ( Pulmonary Function Test ) and CT THORAX 6 monthly.
