Suggest Treatment For Sarcoidosis And A Lump On The Arm

about 5 years ago I was diagnosed with sarcoidosis after a biopsy on my tricep, followed by a mediastinoscopy a year later. Now I have a lump in my bicep area, (same side-right) and I am wondering if there could be any connection. I have had shoulder discomfort for about a year.

HI,Welcome to HCM virtual clinic.
Going by your history of Triceps Sarcoidosis,new Biceps lump could be due to the Sarcodosis.
Diagnosis needs to be fixed by FNAC Biopsy from a Surgeon.
Treatment is by -Excision of the lump ,
with Vit D3 supplements and
Main pillar treatment with Steroid-Prednisone.
This would need to taken under guidance of your treating doctor.
Shoulder discofort for 1 yr,seems to be from Biceps Sarcoidosis.
Sarcoidosis is a benign granuloma of auto-immune origin and need not be worried of being Cancer.
This would help you to plan treatment with your doctor.
