Suggest Treatment For Scabies
I m being treated for scabies with taking stromectol 3 mg. i started 3 days ago. How long does it take to take affect and how long does it Iast in your system. i took 4 to start with than i need to take 4 more in 15 days and than again in 29 days. My rash is clearning up but i have two recent bits. I did all the cleaning and treating of my house. YYYY@YYYY

Hi. The standard treatment for scabies include permethrin 5% cream, simultaneous treatment of household contacts and washing linens/clothes in hot water. Ivermectin alone might not be that effective. To control itching, we often prescribe antihistamines for 2-4weeks. Hope it helps.
