Suggest Treatment For Scabs Turning White And Stringy

I have scabs that are turning white and stringy like dead skin and when I put hydrogen perixide on them they just turn white like fungus or something and they wont heal at all...what do I do and what are they ...they also show up like dime size leasions of dry skin but when scrathed come up in string like dead skin patches and leave craters that wont heal ...please help. The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is chronic
eczema .Dry skincan aggrevate the condition as you mentioned. Topical steroid cream like mometasone can be applied over the affected area. Oral antihistamines like fexofenadine may also be used. Emolients containing liquid paraffin can be used along with the above mentioned therapy. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
