Suggest Treatment For Scanty And Painful Menstrual Periods

hi, i an 26 years old and i am not having a normal period, though it always come on time but i hardly use 3 pads in 2-3 days as my flow is very light with so much pain. i have to use a painkiller (diclofenac potassium 50 mg). i also did my ultrasound of pelvic and blood test and every thing is normal. i take two tablets only on the first day. can you please suggest me some ways through which i can get normal flow along with less pain.
