Suggest Treatment For Scanty Menstrual Periods

hi.. im having my periods on a regular basis.. but there is a problem that is troubling me quite a bit.. the flow of blood during the periods is not proper. i mean that the flow is very less and the blood does not come out as much as the doctors suggest.
