Suggest Treatment For Scar And Dent On Forehead

Hello I was born with a birthmark on my forehead. When I was born the birthmark was just a slightly white color and did not raise. But once I got older birthmark started to grow big and when I was 1 yrs old it was really big that it covered the inner corners of my eyes which cause me to not see too well so I would always mess with it and scratch it and blood would shoot out. My parents they took me to the doctor and ask if it can be remove and the doctor said maybe not because it might mess my eyesight up so now I was stuck with this birthmark my whole life and was bully through my whole life all the way up until I was a sophomore in school and decided that I want to get my birthmark remove and so we made a couple of phone calls and made an appointment to go get it done. When I got it done I was so happy that now I will look normal like everyone else and I won't get bully anymore but when it started to heal it became a dent with a scar so now I have a dent on my forehead. And I have not gone to a doctor to see what I can do about it. But I really do want to fix it once and for all. Please let me know where and who I should go to for something like this.
