Suggest Treatment For Scar On Lungs

dear sir,

i m 30 years old and i m working oil & gas field in india, but i got chance for abroad and as per doctor there is scar on my lungs and i have never been suffered by tb so i could rejecte from middle east medical examination, if yes plz kindly advice me to go for right treatment,

Hi thanks for asking question.
Scar form when healing occurs.
Here your scar might be from some form of restrictive disease.Examples are interstitial pneumonia, lobar pneumonia or cryptogenic fibrotic disease.
You have no other history so can have idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
Once scar form it is irreversible condition.
During infection scar can be prevented with early institution of therapy.
How much scar affecting your respiratory system that can be evaluated by pulmonary function test.
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has no percent cure.
Oxygen therapy and exercise done.
Esbriet drug can be use in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
Strictly smoking avoided.
Pulmonary rehabilitation helpful.
These measures can be done for idiopathic scar on lung.
