Suggest Treatment For Scars In Forehead

i have recently self inflicted a scar to my forehead, about 3 inches in length, 7 days on the scab is dropping off whilst washing how best should i treat the scar, to date i have been using vitamin e rosehip oil and natural aloe vera? i am 5,11 black, 42 years old

Hi,

You may be having linear mild depressed scar on the forehead. You just consult plastic surgeon. After thorough examination,he might decide for scar revision surgery. You may consult dermatologist. He might go for chemical peeling or dermabrasion. If you do not feel embarassing, you may apply hexilak silicone gel for long time..probably you may feel better. You may continue vitamin E and C and antioxidants.
