Dear Sir, i am working at a research lab at jamshedpur. I have been facing this problem for a long time. I have an issue developing trust with new people. I find that when i meet people my mind does not me have a belief in them. After it they read it and reciprocate it to me. How can i overcome this issue. Please help me with this issue. Some persons do not feel comfortable interacting with others, beliefs would then affect actions towards others.

You would need to explore your beliefs towards other, look at the basis or reason for your particular belief/s for each person, how likely it is or unlikely,.
Determine how this particular belief is affecting you.

Examine each thought process, write down if needed, explore it and try to see an alternative change it.

If you cannot do this on your own, may need to see someone to help you.
