Suggest Treatment For Sciatic Nerve Pain In The Lower Back
Low back pain with sciatica pain was on right side than got some better has moved to left side have had the pain moving since February when I fractured my T11 now on Prednisone and starting Flexiril what are my options I have had an injection for the T 11 2 weeks ago.some relief there. 66 and very was very active.
As per my surgical experience, primary relief with
- assisted physiotherapy
- local application of analgesic spray or ointment
- analgesic and anti inflammatory medications
- postural changes and adaptations
- control of body weight (if over weight)
Later on according to the MRI evaluation, decompression surgery may be a need of future part of management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Wishing you all the best.
