Suggest Treatment For Sciatica And Numbness In The Back

What are the symptoms of MS? I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I also have sciatica. For several months now, my sciatica seems to be getting worse but with new symptoms. I am having some numbness in my back, down my spinal column. pain is in my hip, lower back and leg. Both legs sometimes are affected, but its worse in the right side. I drop things alot, like my hands don t want to hold on. I have muscle spasms and cramps in my legs, feet, back, toes, and fingers. sometimes while using my hands, my fingers and forearms cramp. I have a spot on my foot (ball of foot and big toe) That feels like something is stuck to it, (like a piece of plastic or sticker is on my foot, so it feels funny when I walk. I have a hard time focusing and forgetful. My words get twisted and jumbled when I talk . I have some occasional dizziness, and vertigo. I am a diabetic and have hypertension (so I am on meds for those) There is a history of lupus in my family but no MS that I am aware of. What could this be?
