Suggest Treatment For Sciatica And Spinal Stenosis

Hi. I have an extreme case of sciatica and spinal stenosis. My left leg and middle back hurt profusely and throbs so bad, I can barely stand for more than 10 minutes at a time. I have the MRI and I am going to see a surgeon in January. What do I do for pain in the meantime. I ve tried Naproxin, steroid injections and physio with no improvement.
