Suggest Treatment For Sciatica /arthritis In Lower Back

hi been taking pain killers for a week along with accupuncture, i have sciatica/arthritis in my lower back was thinking about getting xray done to see what damage there is .still in lots of discomfort should i go to emergency dept. or go to local GP. thanks Andrew
