Suggest Treatment For Sciatica

I have a problem with siatica for 3 years ... i had a scan done on my back and it showed a lower back problem that can not apparently be fixed . the siatica is now permanent even when i try to sleep at any angle ... i also have numbness and pains in my left hand and i think this is also related problem .. my problem is i am from the uk but i now live in bulgaria where the healthcare is not good.
