Suggest Treatment For Sciatica
There is pain in my left leg. It starts from the hip and goes down below the knee when I walk for sometime. I am advised that this is sciatica. A nerve has been pressed which pains when blood passes through it. What should I do

If ur pain is due to sciatica is confirmed.... u may need to have some lifestyle modifications concerned with ur routine activities and proper exercise from physiotherapists.....
