Suggest Treatment For Scrotal Hernia

Dear sir, I am Tanjil from Bangladesh. I want to join in Bangladesh Army. But medical fitness is very much important for this. I am suffering from Scrotal Hernia a little bit, can I join there?Is it possible to treatment this?And what is the treatment?I am waiting for your ans...please sir.....
