Suggest Treatment For Scrotal Itching With Discharge

My Ball Itch and excret some type of foul smelling liquid . Its stains turn green if left for some time and there is a red area on the sack which i think is the source . The itch i cannot resist its too tempting . I dont know how it started but 2-3 months ago i had a realy nasty rash , i would apply Sodocream ( i dont know if spelled it correctly ) and shave the pubic hair , when this ended and had some peace ...BAAM...some type of small mosquito bite like bumps appeared on both sides and covered in some white substance , frustreted i applyid Polyfex on both sides TADA ..it went away ...now 2-3 weeks ago ..this started , ths red swollen area is on the right and affecting the neaby regions as well , its painful when i remove my underware but its too uncomfortable if i dont it gets too wet . What is it fungal infections ? Bacterial ? Or an allgeric reactions ? Please help ...i am 18 virgin , never had sex before .

Hi,

It could be a fungal infection.
As first-line management, you can apply topical antifungal like clotrimazole for symptomatic relief.
If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
