Suggest Treatment For Sebaceous Cyst On Vagina

I am 21 year old female virgin.I am a medical student.My complain is, I have a suspecting sebaceous cyst( identified by the punctum) on my left labia majora since a year or less which has increased in size slightly on the last few days, along with vey small multiple(3) other swellings on the inside ( possibly on my minora).
