Suggest Treatment For Seborrhoeic Dermatitis Causing Severe Hair Loss

I am 18 years old. I am suffering from too much hair loss for 3 years. I am also suffering from sebborohic dermatitis of scalp.I have also used many kind of corticosteroides & antifungal cream like Betamethasone,Hydrocortisone,Clobetasole, Clotrimazole,Miconazole. Ketoconazole & Coal tar help shampoo is also used.But they are not able to solve my problem. Plz give me a proper solution for this hair fall desis.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe hair loss, well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like genetic factor , fungal infection and hormonal changes. In your case it seems to me that the the hormonal factor or fungal infection is responsible for hair fall. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may order skin patch test , blood test and physical examination. Doctor may also prescribe supplements like Vitamin A ,Omega-3 , anti fungal , anti bacterial or light therapy and Vitamin E . Doctor may also recommend hair transplant with HUE technique. Take Indian goose berry powder ( half spoon ) with water once a day and use olive for massage . keep your scalp dry.
